I got to know this person because of his famous book----Principles.

As i have mentioned, he is a famous investor and hedge fund manager.

I think he is a great thinker whose ideas about life and work have been presented in his book ----Principles. This is a wonderful book, which teaches me some important principles about how to make decisions, how to approach challenges, and how to build strong teams. I am particularly impressed by the concept of "radical truth" and "radical transparency" in this book, which serve as the cornerstone  of Dalio’s career and life.  After reading his wisdom exhibited in this book, i found that i made a lot of mistakes and i didn’t really take my goals and career seriously. I never take great efforts to get to know the truth of a lot of things happening in my life and i didn’t even think for myself what is true. I just depend on social media information and follow the crowd. I guess that’s the reason why I become the mediocre and never get things done. It is him that makes me realize that i have to be true to myself and keep improving the way i think. Otherwise i will lag behind in this rapidly changing world.
