1.     When you may get up?

2.     How long do you think it is healthy to sleep?

3.     What can you do to improve sleep quality?

4.     Do you think old people sleep longer than young people?Why?

6.     Do you like get up early in the morning?

7.     Is it necessary to take a nap every day?

1.     I usually get up at 7 in themorning, because I have to go the school for my morning class.

2.     I think it depends on age.Younger people needs long sleep time. As for me, I think 8 hours a day is longenough for healthy.

3.     I will listen to some lightmusic, take a hot bath and drink some milk.

4.     For my observation, I think oldpeople need less sleep than young people. Because of their poor sleep quality,they get up very early in the morning.

5.     I can’t sleep well, so I needto wear earplugs if I’m in a noisy environment.

6.     I don’t like to get up early inthe morning, especially in winter. No one want to leave their warm bed, but Ihave to get up to go school.

7.     I think it depends. Differentpeople have different life style. Some people cannot keep refresh if they don’ttake a nap, but some people may not.
