money-oriented. Admittedly, it is the higher salary that can drag people out of their comfort zone. A new job or a position in a new industry oftentimes can provide a relatively high income, which attracts plenty of candidates. An instance in point is that in my country around 10 years ago, a great number of people gave up their jobs to study for getting a realtor certificate, since due to the prosperity of real estate market being a realtor could make a fortune easily. On the other hand, this trend can definitely promote the talent flows between different industries.This is to say, the distribution of labor force can be more rational and reasonable, which can be thought to be conducive to the advancement of our society. Nevertheless, some objectors tend to stress that the previous working experience of those people will totally become nonsense while working in a new industry. Actually, some professional skills they accumulated before are usually in vain, whereas working skills they gained are still important such as how to deal with the interpersonal relationship with coworkers, and how to work under huge pressure. Once they can study hard to grasp enough professional knowledge in the new field, they still can readily achieve what they want in their new careers.To sum up, a considerable proportion of young people who begin to work in a new company or a new area are driven by the high payment. Meanwhile, this trend is undoubtedly beneficial for the development of our society.
